Anger management? Pffft..

I learned from some1..

u need some place to channel u're anger.. 

u need some thing to show u're anger

u need ways to release u're anger..

u need it, because at least it'll lower u're anger

well, for me..

we really need sumthing like dat!!

we really have to take out our anger at something (properly)

we are what we are, people's have many ways to channel their anger

people cannot contain their anger.

well basically all of their feelings but especially anger, cz 

anger is unmanageble

anger is rude

anger is unpolite

anger is irrelevant

anger is bad

anger is.. well, anger is anger

some people, err.. most people thinks ways of chanelling anger, is bad ones, 

better keeps u're anger, or just trus trang je..just be patient

well everyone have principles, n opinion,

someone i noe, release anger by post it..

Haha.. well now, for my opinion,

u cannot live a life without anger, is a part of emotional response.

U get angry, U're normal

U're not, U're abnormal

so. Its okay to be mad, even it's
Unethical, Irrelevant, Illogically, Insane, Bad, Improper, and.. wateva negative word there is.

I thought of making it again, but.. 

no need. i noe wat to do if i mad, i noe who i'm gonna go to, 

• I've got someone who backs me up when i'm wrong
• I've got something than hold me from falling down
• I've got someone who doesn't treat me like crap
• I've got someone who shows me where I'm wrong

so, in case u're all wondering,
